Calhoun McDougall - Managing Partner
Originally from Columbia, SC, Calhoun McDougall is an accomplished music industry professional who graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2018. With a diverse background in talent management, event production, and stage management, Calhoun has made significant strides in the industry. He gained valuable experience at William Morris Endeavor in Beverly Hills, specializing in PA Booking, and founded a 501(c)(3) record label. He has also served as a manager at The Gradient Perspective and Mammoth Music Group.
Calhoun’s hands-on approach has led him to notable roles as a stage manager for events such as June Jam in Flagstaff, AZ, Gem & Jam in Tucson, AZ, Sacred Acre in Ninilchik, AK, and Big Dub in Artemas, PA. His expertise extends to talent buying and co-producing, exemplified by his work on the ReVibe Wellness Retreat in Myrtle Beach, SC—a CDC-compliant festival designed for the pandemic era—and the Sacred Acre festival in Alaska.
Calhoun continues to contribute to the vibrant music scene, blending his passion for music with his commitment to creating unforgettable experiences.
Louis DeMarco - Managing Partner- Production Lead
Louis DeMarco is a seasoned production manager, stage manager, and artist liaison with a wealth of experience in the live music and festival industries. Louis has worked with SUB CONscious Productions and First Fleet Concerts, managing large-scale events and handling logistical operations. He has been instrumental in stage managing festivals such as 515 Alive, Hinterland, Kosmic Kingdom, and Sacred Acre among many others.
Louis has also worked as a merch road representative across the United States and Europe for major artists, including Tyler the Creator, YG, The Kid Laroi, Atmosphere and others showcasing his versatility across the industry. His experience extends into artist transportation, hospitality, and VIP coordination for notable events.
Louis has further contributed as the City Founder and Curator of Sofar Sounds in Des Moines, IA, creating unique, intimate music experiences. Known for his organizational expertise and passion for live events, Louis DeMarco continues to be a key figure in festival and concert production.

Rhizome is a full partner in producing Sacred Acre a 3 day, fully immersive, multi-dimensional festival experience that combines the transcending music of some of the worlds’s top Electronic Music artists, with the largest and most visually stunning laser and digital art stage displays ever showcased in Alaska. A gathering of souls drawn together by a shared love of music, adventure, and a passion for environmental literacy. It’s a chance a journey of discovery, a chance to connect with something bigger than yourself, and a call to action to protect there world we cherish.

Bradberry Kiser - Intern
Hi, my name is Bradbury Kiser, and I am from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, I am currently a junior at Clemson University majoring in financial management and minoring in accounting. I have been interning with music management since May 2023.
I have loved music my entire life. My dad was in a band called the Mundahs and my mom toured with the Grateful Dead. It’s safe to say I was born into a music family. They raised me going to iconic venues to see amazing live music. My siblings and I share my parents love for music and it has always connected us as a family. I am thrilled to be with Rhizome Music to further follow my passion for music.
